The Hotel's success is built on its appeal to all ages, whether travelling as a family, a couple or alone. The range of accommodation and facilities ensures that, whether you are aged 9 or 90, we can satisfy your needs. Over the years the hotel has expanded and developed to meet the changes in the needs of our guests. In recent years over £5million has been spent on improvements to facilities. Particular emphasis has been placed on investment in facilities and services for children and parents. In 1997 this was recognised by Egon Ronay - who named the hotel as UK Family Hotel of the Year.

No other hotel in Jersey has a leisure facility to compare with the Aquadome - the Merton Hotel's exclusive pool and leisure club. Inside, under the dome, it's a subtropical 27°C, with an exciting water slide, lazy river, cascade fountains, spa pools as well as a sauna and steam room Outside, there's another pool with it's own fountain and spa, plus a children's play area - all supervised by our fully qualified lifeguards.
Cascades, the Aquadome's poolside café bar provides drinks, snacks and light meals for those who do not want to move too far from their sun lounger.
